Leezhao Approved to Register at National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII)

The National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) is organized by voluntary market participants and is a self-regulatory organization of inter-bank markets including Inter-bank Bond Market, Inter-bank Lending/Borrowing Market, Foreign Exchange Market, Negotiable Instrument Market and Gold Market. Its activities are governed by the People’s Bank of China.

In July 2015, Leezhao Law Office completed its registration at NAFMII and became an official member. As a member, Leezhao Law Office will be qualified to provide legal advice to its clients on issuing medium term notes, short-term financing bonds, private placement notes (PPN) and other inter-bank market businesses.
