Leezhao Advised the First Non-public Corporate Bond after Policy Reform of Corporate Bond

In May 26^th, 2015, Leezhao, as the legal counsel of Geo-Jade Petroleum Corporation, assisted to obtain the “no objection letter” of listing and transferring approval of Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the non-public corporate bond placement. This is the first successful and milestone case after the new policy of corporate bond reform.
