In August 2015, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations notified Jiang Su Petro Hose & Piping Stock.Co.Ltd. in writing of the approval of its stock listed for sale on the stock exchange system (stock code: 833395, “JSPHP”).
JSPHP is a Chinese-foreign joint venture enterprise, covering rubber and plastic product manufacturing industry. Leezhao acted as the legal counsel for the whole transaction, assisted to complete a series of work of corporation reconstruction and share reform, and realized the listing at last.
