Ms. Shen, after obtained a degree of Juris Master of the University of Tokyo, continues to pursue a degree of Doctor of Laws of the same University with a Japanese national scholarship. She completed the course in 2019 and obtained Chinese Lawyer License (No.: 1310120********16) in 2020. During her study in Japan, she was a part-time translator and legal assistant in a well-known Japanese law firm. Before joining in Leezhao, she was employed by a major Chinese law firm, specialized in Japanese legal affairs.

Having rich experience in the practice of corporation and labor law, Ms. Shen has played a leading role in the following representative cases:

conducting due diligence in an investment project for a well-known Company and issuing a due diligence report in both Chinese and Japanese;

assisting a Japanese company in participating in the bankruptcy liquidation procedures of its transactional counterparty, including assisting the client declaring its creditor right, accompanying the client in participating in creditors’ meeting, etc.;

Ms. Shen has studied and lived in Japan for over ten years, having a good understanding of Japanese culture, proficient in using Japanese as working language, and having provided legal training for clients in Japanese a couple times.
